Trained in mechanical engineering, Adrian spent the next 10 years in various aerospace related purchasing and logistics roles. Following secondments of several new product introduction teams he was then employed as Head of worldwide sales for a turbocharger manufacturer. Adrian headed up the introduction of Six Sigma to the Lincoln sites, and following his own Black Belt training was appointed Packaging Logistics Manager. He now holds the position of Operations Manager with Siemens Gas Turbines, Lincoln.
